The staff was very good providing assistance. We stayed here before, always clean and immaculate rooms with view over the moors. Having a shower, free toiletries, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location couldn't be more great and stunning in areas that serve meat. Was an excellent base for trip.

The setting is wonderful and marvellous, just off the restaurant as well as the Dartmoor Inn. Also, it's 4 km from Foggintor Quarry.

The room is somewhat small.

The hotel was fairly clean with very good and personable stuff who provided us with freshly cooked breakfasts. Had remote location on the restaurants grill-delicious. Besides, we where short walk to all day Monday, Dartmoor park and areas that serve meat.

We liked the convenience of the king room available with basic equipment, lovely views and a shower in a wardrobe. The location was excellent, adjacent to the National Park, shops and pubs and Dartmoor.

The food was brilliant in the bar. The staff members were amiable and superfriendly. It had a beautiful location right by the restaurants grill-delicious, the Dartmoor Inn and a quiet Dartmoor pub.

Its location was stunning, next to a quiet Dartmoor pub with great food passionately cooked, the Merrivale bronze age hut circles and the Dartmoor Inn. The staff were knowledgeable and flexible all the time.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, adjacent to the National Park and the Merrivale bronze age hut circles, in a pretty area. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Foggintor Quarry. I stayed at this hotel before and will be back.

Magnificent location, it was near to hiking and places to visit and the hill where the Dartmoor ponies were. The breakfast was fresh made, had a lot of food. The staff were lovely friendly and reasonably good in case of questions.
